I just designed a dessert table for a friend who had a beautiful party for her husband who is turning 40 and a celebration of friendship for her friend James Parish. I made the crepe paper tree that I showed you as a centerpiece for her table in the last post. It took 10 hours but was incredibly worth it! Once it leaves her party it will be gracing my living room!
I simply bought willow branches from Costco and at least 10-12 lilac crepe paper streamers I found at Party City. All you do is cut the streamers to the length you would like and simply pink and twist every inch or so.
I then attached the streamers with another piece of crepe paper. Just tie around the branch to secure. All you need is patience to make this tree. I would love to make one in pink to resemble a cherry blossom for a bridal shower or wedding! Go to Sweet Nest to see details of my desserts! Happy papering!
Terri....this is AMAZING! You have more creativity than anyone I know!
Love,
LuLu♥
