These Mousse cups are so easy even your kids can help you make them! The recipe is from Giada De Laurentiis.
Here are my kiddos doing all of the leg work making the chocolate cups:
You simply melt the chocolate over a double boiler and paint the inside of the cupcake liners. Freeze them and peel the paper away. I added a really rich chocolate mousse in mine:
Isn't this the sweetest way to serve a little cup of mousse!
We really added some sugar to this dish...white chocolate chips and freshly made whipping cream! The best part of this dessert was that my kids helped me make them!
Bonn Appetit!
I think I am going to make these this weekend :) I love them! Those little chocolate shells are in the store for $4 or a dozen or so. In the past, we've used a plastic mold, but I'm going to try the muffin cups this time.

Terri, you really should have your own bakery! You could bake the real thing and I could create all the window displays with my faux sweets!
I love these...what a great idea! I always love seeing pictures of the kids...they are just too cute!
Love,
