Download Banana Butterscotch Cream Pie
Butterscotch pudding, bananas, whipped cream and chocolate....what could be better!
This picture is from the cookbook I used...Mary Englebreit's Sweet Treats Cookbook.
The only variation I would use with this recipe is to add a layer of chocolate. I think a layer of the chocolate mousse I have listed in another post would be wonderful on the bottom of this pie. Happy Baking!
